FREE MEDICAL CAMP AT TNW COMMUNITY CENTER KARACHI

KARACHI: Over 100 people suffering from different diseases were provided treatment at a free medical camp organized in the Usman town, Korangi area.

Prominent medical practitioners, including lady doctors, were available at the camp to examine patients. Facilities such as medicines were arranged at the camp.

Speaking on the occasion, Atiq-ur-Rehman Mirza, Programme Director of Institute of NGO Leadership and Management, said, the aim to set up the camp was to provide medical facilities, reproductive health and family planning services to patient’s slum areas of Karachi. Furthermore, he adding that General Physician, Gynecologist and specialists from other fields provided their services at the camp.

Atiq-ur-Rehman Mirza said more such camps would be held in far-flung areas of Karachi.

Atiq-ur-Rehman Mirza appreciated and presented shields to volunteers of TNW on organizing the camp.
