On September 3, 2025, Mr. Zafar Iqbal, Founder & Chairman of The NGO World Foundation, paid a farewell visit to H.E. Mr. Cemal Sangu, Consul General of Türkiye in Karachi, at the Turkish Consulate. The meeting was marked with gratitude and warm sentiments, as Mr. Iqbal expressed appreciation for Mr. Sangu’s invaluable support, patronage, and friendship during his tenure in Pakistan.
On this occasion, a specially prepared Album of Memories capturing Mr. Sangu’s engagements with The NGO World was presented as a token of respect and appreciation. Mr. Zafar was accompanied by Mr. Habib Sultan (CEO, The NGO World), Mr. Shakeel Ahmed (Program Manager, ZEST), and a close friend of The NGO World, Mr. Muhammad Siddique Rahimoon.
As Mr. Cemal Sangu completes his tenure and prepares to return this month, The NGO World acknowledges his role in strengthening the bonds of brotherhood and collaboration between Pakistan and Türkiye.
