On July 19, 2025, The NGO World Foundation and Sirat Al-Mustaqim Welfare Foundation (SAMWF) signed an MoU to collaborate on Project “Khush Haali”, a joint initiative aimed at empowering rural families through sustainable livelihood opportunities. The signing took place between Mr. Hassan Raza Ilyas, Chairman SAMWF, and Mr. Zafar Iqbal, Chairman The NGO World.

As part of this partnership, The NGO World will provide technical training to SAMWF’s team on its flagship Barkat Project — a proven model for rural sustainability through household-level cattle farming. This initiative has successfully enabled poor families to improve their living standards. By sharing its experience and expertise, The NGO World aims to strengthen SAMWF’s capacity to implement the Khush Haali project effectively.

Both organizations believe that this collaboration will create a ripple effect of positive change, helping families become self-reliant and contributing to long-term community development.
