On 11 September 2025, The NGO World Foundation hosted an engagement meeting with Mr. Umer Dill Khan, Humanitarian Affairs Officer – Communications & Reporting, UN OCHA Pakistan. He was warmly received by Mr. Javaid Iqbal, Manager Coordination & Partnerships, TNWF. The discussion focused on the devastating Punjab Floods 2025, particularly in South Punjab. TNWF shared its disaster response interventions including rescue, food, shelter, health, education, and model village development. Mr. Umer appreciated TNWF’s efforts and highlighted OCHA’s anticipatory action and Rapid Needs Assessment strategies.
