The NGO World (TNW) realizes the need of NGOs in current situation, where organizations are going to close their projects and funding. They understood the need of time that NGOs require to enhance their capacity in light of future of sustainability.
The NGO World (TNW) has organized a 01 Day workshop on “Sustainability of Nonprofit Organizations” at its Islamabad office. Mr. Zafar Iqbal, Chairman TNW, Mr. Atiq ur Rehman Mirza, Director INGOLAM and Mr. Sajjad Nayyer, Manager Resource Mobilization were the facilitators. 20 participants from 16 organizations were participated in the workshop.
The following topics were covered in the workshop;

- Organizational Development Plan.
- NGO Leadership and Management.
- Sustainability Strategies.
- Resource Mobilization.
- Financial Stability.
- Financial & Internal Controls.
Participants from different organizations having different background of working in Education, Health, Gender, Disability inclusiveness, Anti-Drug Campaign and Women Rights were participated. They have taken keen interest in new ways and concepts of sustainability of nonprofits. Trainers shared the importance of “DOs” and “DONTs” while establishing any organization.
